Children's Theater of Madison, a resident company of the Overture Center for the Arts, is Madison's premiere theatre for youth and families. Onstage and in our classes, CTM ignites imaginations, inspires wonder and excitement, and offers all ages the chance for creative self-expression.

Acting classes at CTM build selfconfidence and self-esteem, channel creative energy, form diverse friendships, and broaden horizons. Theatre skills are life skills! CTM offers a wide variety of classes for all ages and abilities, including a class for pre-schoolers!

CTM's Teaching Artists are working theatre professionals who are passionate about sharing their skills with young performers. They create a fun and supportive environment for the beginner, and challenge the seasoned performer.

Tammy Moschea Tammy Moschea is a familiar face at CTM, teaching acting and movement classes. She received a BFA in performance from
Milliken University in Illinois. Since 2005, she has worked as educator, director and choreographer at numerous schools in the Madison area. She has also performed in Madison with CTM and The Madison Rep. Read More.

Lisa Gabriella Pantano Lisa Gabriella Pantano attended Carnegie Mellon University for voice, piano and drama and graduated Salutatorian of her class from the prestigious Eastman School of Music for Vocal Performance. Ms. Pantano has performed in operas, recitals, theatrical and musical theatre performances throughout the United States, Italy and Canada. Her choral group, the Bel Canto Singers of Wisconsin made its Carnegie Hall debut in November of 2006. Lisa has taught voice, speech, drama and piano in New York City, Pittsburgh, PA, Rochester, NY, Italy, and in Madison. Read More.

Jody Reiss Jody Reiss, a professional actress, performed with the Irondale Ensemble Project in New York City, toured Russia with the Irondale
Ensemble production of Uncle Vanya, and performed at Rutger's Island Prison. Jody brought intergenerational productions to schools in New Jersey and New York state, and taught group dynamics, spontaneity, and trust in theater programs in New York schools.

Jose Sanchez Jose Sanchez, a graduate of the Professional Theatre Training Program at the University of Delaware, has performed with the
Chicago Theatre, Milwaukee Repertory Theatre and American Players Theatre. Jose has also performed in instructional and educational video, and worked in the technical side of theatre production. Read More.

Jeff Skubal Jeff Skubal has choreographed movement and fight sequences for many local theaters and high schools. He earned his BS in Theater and Drama at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has performed onstage and as a Motion Capture artist.
